2008/2009 ADULT SUMMER COMPETITION OUTLINE

1. The competition will be conducted on Monday evenings at the Advocate Park for both men and women.
2. Trial games will be played on Monday 13 October, Monday 20 October, and Monday 27 October.
3. Competition games will commence on Monday, 3 November.
4. Registration and all fees are to be completed on Monday 3 November.
5. Starting times will be 6:00pm and 7:00pm. The games will be 25 minutes each way with 5 minutes for half time.
6. Teams will be required to fill out a nomination form.
7. The nomination form must be returned to a member of the committee or sent to 7 Lady Belmore Drive, Toormina 2452, before the start of competition ROUND 1.
8. Each player will pay a registration fee of $70 per person, $60 per Full time high school student. Registration fee must be paid to a committee member on Monday 3 November being the first competition round. A minimum of ten (10) players must be registered with each team.
9. A FULL registration day will be held on Sunday, 2 November at Advocate Park. All players must pay fees and sign registration form before taking the field.
10. Please keep all receipts, as these will be required if there are to be any disputes.
11. Teams will consist of seven (7) players plus reserves. Less than five (5) players on the field at the commencement of the game will constitute a forfeit. Women’s teams will consist of six (6) players plus reserves. Less than four (4) players on the field at the commencement of the game will constitute a forfeit.
12. The competition will consist of A to E grades for men’s and women’s (subject to team numbers).
13. All teams must use a coloured T-shirts. NO WHITE T-SHIRTS ARE PERMITTED as this will conflict with the referees.
14. Players play at their own risk although each player is covered by limited insurance arranged by the National Touch Rugby Association (NTRA).
- All teams will be required to do line duty on a rotational basis each week. Failure to do so will incur the loss of one competition point. Teams allocated line duty must supply a referee if requested.

2. Players must be preferably between 8 and 12 years of age attending primary school. Both boys and girls are welcome either individually or as a team
3. Trial games will be played on Monday 13 October, Monday 20 October and Monday 27 October.

5. Starting times will be 5:20pm. The games will be 15 minutes each way with 5 minutes for half time.
